Delmar is ten years old and knows the foster care system.  He warns 12 year old Kima and her 8 year old brother Raw regarding getting caught by the police.  Knowing the police have locked up Kima’s house during the investigation of the murder of her mother -  Delmar offers to break into the house to help get her aunt’s phone number and of course several items to sell.  Starring Miquail and Timera Keyes and introducing Daniel Huff as Delmar – Directed by Harold B.
